Dumbo Arts

Dumbo Arts seems to get bigger every year.  This time around it was boisterous and friendly with highlights that included a tuba player in a kilt, global art cubicles, clowns throwing water balloons, and cricket chip cookies.

Hot, Saucey Hoyt Street

The Fast and Fresh Deli isn’t really anything delicatessen-oriented, it is a taste of Oaxaca, Mexico. Simple, inexpensive, and delicious, F&F is an oasis for a Californian.  Queso fresco, chile rellenos, and huevos rancheros satisfy border cravings for under $10.
